    Supplier Performance & Development

    • Assist in creation and development of VOR/BO strategies with all regions to ensure global alignment and best practice sharing

    • Establish and maintain global supplier compliance metrics that enable robust and accurate assessment of supplier performance as well as areas of opportunity to improve delivery

    • Ensure tools, process and best practice shared and aligned across all regions

    Risk Management & Business Continuity

    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including financial health, geopolitical factors, and capacity constraints to streamline global management as required.

    • Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers and ensure business continuity during disruptions.

    Process Optimization & Digitalization

    • Drive automation and digital tools for supplier performance tracking and reporting.

    • Support global initiatives for supply chain transparency and traceability.

    • Implement best practices for supplier onboarding and lifecycle management.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and ICT teams to ensure supplier alignment with product and process requirements.

    • Act as the global escalation point for supplier-related issues impacting production or program launches.

    Technical Expertise:

    Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes and supplier requirements.

    Analytical & Problem-Solving:

    Ability to analyze supplier performance data and implement improvement strategies.

    Communication & Negotiation:

    Excellent skills for managing global relationships and leading multiple initiatives.

    Project & Change Management:

    Experience in global projects, supplier transitions, and change management initiatives.

    Collaboration:

    Ability to work effectively across regions and functions in a matrix organization.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

    • Experience in global supplier management within the automotive industry.

    • Knowledge of sustainability practices and digital supply chain tools.
