Descripción y responsabilidades
- Provide leadership and guidance to the data analyst team, including clears expectations, goals, and objectives;
- Work with the team to allocate resources, particularly time and personnel, to drive the success of larger projects;
- Oversee projects from start to finish ensuring timely and quality delivery;
- Develop and transform the department to align with the overall Audit & Compliance departmental goals;
- Support the Audit & Compliance department in deepening the knowledge and utilization of data.
Requisitos
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field;
- Relevant experience;
- Experience leading staff and strong project management skills;
- Expertise in data collection, transformation, and analysis;
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, NoSQL;
- Expertise with data exploration (Palantir);
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field;
- Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive industry a plus;
- Mastery of Big Data/BI environments;
- Experience with AI and machine-learning;
- Prior audit experience.
