Support regions to guarantee parts flows definitions for each sourcing, looking for the best relation of logistic cost, lead time and working capital.
Interregional performance control and animation, focalizing to guarantee the goods flows aligned with budget, understand flow criticalities, constrains and blocking points.
Interregional costs follow up, developing Cost Deployment Tools to attack extra costs and improve cost performance.
• Weekly animation and performance follow up over Interregional parts flows, measuring lead times (source warehouses and transports), order portfolio, backorder evolution and warehouses invoices.
• Follow up Invoices / interfaces data / fiscal’s issues, to guarantee goods flows, and avoid delays and extra costs.
• Monitor pending orders status and past dues for each region/customer, to avoid parts shortages and customers services impacts.
• Propose interregional flows optimizations with focus in improve customs service level, reducing logistic costs and taking care of working capitals involved.
• Special Focus on China flows animations, guarantying the full visibility over all interregional flow’s parts demands, support the develop over China team governance to improve customer service level for parts sourced by China and extra costs.
• Support globally in BOD (Bill of distribution) definitions for each part and approve the flows defined for each source part/project (origin) for each market
• Develop IRF Cost monitor process sand implement it, supported by global and regional Finance and operations, to:
o Start to monitor properly the full IRF costs.
o Develop Cost deployment tools to match operational performance / IRF costs.
o Define Standard costs for each flow, Identified the not standard costs, root causes and propose actions to attack the loses.
Requisitos
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain with minimum knowledge of experience in Upstream, Downstream,
Warehousing and Transport
• Cost Management experiences
• Team management
• Project management
• Leadership
• Coordination and mediation
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in global supplier management within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and digital supply chain tools.
