    Stellantis is excited to announce the 10th edition of our Corporate Leadership Development Program (CLD). This global initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential for involvement in international projects.

    About the program:

    For approximately two years, selected professionals will be hired as CLD Auditors and will participate in a comprehensive training program with international exposure. The new CLDs will join the internal audit team, gaining the opportunity to learn end-to-end processes, identify risks, and map transactional controls across various sectors. By the end of the program, they are expected to be ready to continue their journey in strategic areas at Stellantis, aligned with their profile and available opportunities.

    We are looking for talent with a strategic mindset, strong critical thinking skills, and the willingness to thrive in a dynamic, global, and constantly evolving environment.

    Participants should demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and autonomy, taking ownership of their development and contributing actively to solutions that drive value for the business.

    Main activities:

    • Participate in process analysis across different areas;

    • Identifying risks and mapping controls;

    • Support strategic and cross‑functional projects;

    • Contribute to initiatives that enhance systemic vision;

    • Engage in activities related to Audit & Compliance;

    • Collaborate in an environment of transformation and global interaction;

    • Act with autonomy within defined guidelines and objectives;

    • Support business value generation initiatives.

    Requisitos

    We expect you to have:

    • Completed postgraduate degree or MBA;

    • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level);

    • Availability to reside near one of the Stellantis locations indicated for on‑site work;

    • Availability for travel when needed;

    • Being a Stellantis employee (interns and apprentices are not eligible) — for internal candidates only.

    • There is no need to have previous experience in Audit.


    Additional requirements for internal candidates:

    • Having at least 18 months at Stellantis or since the last movement/promotion;

    • Having a positive result in the last performance review.


    It will be considered a plus if you have:

    • Knowledge of Spanish;

    • Experience in multicultural environments;

    • Familiarity with transversal business processes;

    • Exposure to automotive or mobility environments;

    • Knowledge related to compliance or risk topics.
