GLOBAL PMO AUDIT & COMPLIANCE - ELIGIBLE FOR WHITE COLLAR

As part of the Global PMO team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Audit & Compliance organization to achieve its departmental goals. You will act as a facilitator and innovator, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 

Global PMO is in charge of different tasks that include:

• Coordinating activities such as Risk Assessment and Planning of Audit resources to execute the audit plan;
• Preparing and analyzing relevant KPIs, including but not limited to the Audit Plan progress and Management Action Plans status;
• Coordinating and contributing to Executive Reporting, mainly to the Audit Committee and the Global Ethics and Compliance Committee;
• Supporting the Finance and HR teams in monitoring Audit & Compliance economics and headcount.

Joining the Global PMO team will give you a 360° view on Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management activities, as well as any emerging topics in our department that require coordination and quick reactions to initiate new tasks. You will be the go-to reference for our Audit & Compliance team.

Ability to negotiate and problem-solving are key in the role, along with autonomous decision-making and conflict management. Also, the ability to manage different and not recurring topics.
